Customer Needs

A manufacturing workplace in a hot climatic location was faced with major cooling issues in the daily production. As several machines were running without stopping, the heat produced by the manufacturing process led to a sharp increase in the temperature of the workplace, particularly surrounding the production line. The lengthy working hours made the workers uncomfortable; therefore, affecting their attention and total output.

Solution

Upon evaluating the workshop configuration, thermal sources, and cooling requirements, Pengqiang ZiLi proposed the 7HP Jet Flow Industrial Air Conditioner. The device, with robust airflow performance and extensive air supply range, was mounted next to the production area to provide direct cooling to the workspace.

Final Results

After it was installed the temperature in the workshop was considerably more steady. The employees were more comfortable at their job and the manufacturing area no longer suffered from visible heat build-up.
